Consultations and suitability

The price confirmed with you at the time of booking is the price that applies.

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Where a course of treatments is purchased in advance, the terms of that package will be provided to you separately.

Products

Skincare products listed on this website are shown for information. Availability may change. Where a product is sold in clinic, our returns policy is provided at the time of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
