Deposits and cancellations
Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment for a full deposit refund. Cancel inside 48 hours and the deposit (50% of the treatment price) is kept. If you do not attend, the full treatment price is payable: the deposit is kept and we will send you a payment link for the balance. The deposit is paid when you book and comes off the cost of your treatment on the day.
